William Selby, CEO

​

William Selby is a dedicated United States Marine Veteran, serving in Desert Storm with years of honorable service. Serving as a civilian contractor for 13 years in combat zones overseas, supporting military operations in Kosovo and Afghanistan. Mr. Selby has gained a high level of standards for security due to enormous threats in these locations.

 

For several years, he transported inmates nationwide through ground and air transport. As a father of five, Mr. Selby is determined to see increased safety and security in neighborhoods and local businesses in the areas. This has prompted him and his business partner to start a security business to help bring security to the Coastal Bend area that they love so much. He continues his commitment to protecting others as a skilled Security Officer, bringing discipline, reliability, and strong situational awareness to every role.

Rae Reyes, CFO

Rae Reyes is a dedicated security professional with years of committed service in the security industry. Mrs. Reyes has experience in the nationwide transport of inmates through ground and air transport. She also has experience as school security, protecting students, staff, and facility.

 

With years of financial administration for several establishments, she is well versed in scheduling, purchasing, and payroll. She’s known for her dedication, reliability, strong work ethic, and a family-oriented approach. Rae brings both professionalism and genuine care to every role, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients and team members alike.

Jesse McClenney, Company Representative

Jesse McClenney is an experienced security specialist and the primary company representative for First Call Security. Mr. McClenney has experience in the nationwide transport of inmates through ground and air transport. He has had years of experience working for schools protecting students and staff alike, and years of emergency medical experience.

 

He is responsible for maintaining the company licensing and certifications and training for all employees and business licenses. He is dedicated to delivering top-tier protection services with a focus on family values, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. He is a trained Texas security professional with 18 years of experience.

 

His mission is simple: provide consistent, reliable security that clients can trust.
